Common questions
What does a clean cost?
It depends on the size of the place, how many bathrooms, the condition it's in, and how often we come — which is why we quote instead of publishing a list. Tell us about the home on the form below and we'll send back one flat price for the whole job, free, usually the same day and always within 24 hours. That number doesn't change while we're there.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code. Whatever you're comfortable with — plenty of people prefer to come home to it already done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything. If you'd rather we use your products — allergies, pets, a surface you're particular about — leave them out and we'll use those instead.
Do you charge extra for pets?
There's a small per-visit pet fee, and it's the same whether it's one cat or three dogs. Pet hair works its way into carpet, upholstery, and baseboards, and dander adds real time to every room — the fee covers that. Tell us on the quote form and it's inside the flat price you're quoted from the start, never a surprise at the end.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it. No argument, no charge.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, or card. Payment is due when the job's done, and the price is whatever we quoted you — it doesn't change while we're there.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is comfortable. Move-outs are often tighter than that and we'll do our best — text us and we'll tell you honestly what's open.
